Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility:

• Membership at Ultra Ego Fitness is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 may join with parental or guardian consent.
• Members aged 12-14 are permitted to join with adult supervision present during their gym visits.

2. Waiver Requirement:

• All members, regardless of age, must complete a waiver form prior to using the facilities or participating in any activities.

3. Membership Fees:

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Members are responsible for ensuring timely payment of membership dues.

4. Facility Usage:

• Members must adhere to all gym rules and regulations posted within the facility.
• Any damage caused to gym property due to negligence or misuse will be the member's responsibility.

5. Personal Belongings:

• Ultra Ego Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Members are encouraged to use lockers provided and not leave valuables unattended.

6. Health and Safety:

• Members are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
• Ultra Ego Fitness staff reserves the right to deny access to individuals deemed unfit to exercise.

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day written notice.
• Membership cancellations within the first 12 months are subject to an early termination fee.

8. Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards staff and fellow members.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment or intimidation, will result in immediate termination of membership.

9. Amendments:

• Ultra Ego Fitness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Notice of any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted within the facility.

10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.
• Any disputes arising out of membership or facility usage shall be resolved through arbitration in Battle Mountain, Nevada.
